A blog generally has one author, at least the option(s) provided by this site only provide for such, and then comments by the public are allowed. Not optimum for a discussion where we want anyone to be able to originate a thread/idea rather than having to always tack on to pre-written posts.
For that reason I am thinking to use Google Groups (ie. a mailing list) which any of the members (also nice to be able to have a fixed group rather than posts from anyone) can post/reply to.
Therefor this will more likely be best suited to posting minutes of the meetings.
